Below is one page from a mailing containing a number of very official looking documents. A careful reading is required to realize that nothing has actually been won. Wording in the mailing's other pages is carefully chosen to say little and imply much. Here's a sample, "As incredible as it may seem, the $30,000.00 figure is without a doubt absolutely accurate."
It is illegal to require a fee to collect the prize. But how about a fee to increase the prize?
